The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) Mandatory Liability Insurance (MLI) program sends SMS messages solely to deliver case status information and support contact details requested by the user through the MLI IVR service.
We collect your mobile phone number only for the purpose of sending the text message you requested. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to outside parties.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on user-initiated requests. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact MLI support at mli@alea.gov or 1-334-676-7392.
